Give 82: Community Commitment 

Being actively involved in the community we serve daily is a core value for us. As part of our commitment, each employee is encouraged to dedicate 82 hours annually to various causes. The New Jersey Devils have proudly hosted volunteer events such as sorting and packaging food for local banks, organizing school supplies for nearby schools, and even playing street hockey games during the summer in Newark. We believe in making a positive impact beyond the arena and contributing to the well-being of our community.

Sales experience not required. We will provide all the training, coaching, and education you need to become a top tier seller.

We’re proud to have one of the most competitive commission structures in sports. In addition to commission, you have the ability to earn monthly bonuses.

HBSE offers a hybrid work policy where we work both in the office and from home. Office schedule varies based on our current business priorities. Additional balance includes after gameday late starts, summer half day Fridays, and Christmas to New Years off.  We have a team in our Camden and Newark offices.

The New Jersey Devils boast one of the most extensive sales teams in all of professional sports, creating exceptional avenues for career advancement. More than 90% of our senior sellers initially entered through the Devils Elite Inside Sales Program. This program serves as a springboard for further progression into premium sales, sponsorship sales, and leadership roles within the organization.
